• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our platform to browse events or purchase tickets.
• "Tickets" refers to digital event tickets, passes, or credentials purchased through our platform.
• "Events" refers to any event, show, concert, conference, or gathering for which tickets are sold on our platform.
• "Platform" refers to the website at tickets.ecube-entertainment.com and any associated services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Use of the Platform

Our platform is provided for the purpose of browsing events and purchasing event tickets. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing tickets.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or purchase tickets in bulk.
• Not resell tickets purchased through our platform unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to the following conditions:

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the event organizer.
• Each ticket purchase is subject to the specific terms set by the event organizer, including age restrictions, dress codes, and venue rules.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, made using stolen payment information, or in violation of purchase limits.
• Digital tickets are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
• You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry to any event. Lost or deleted tickets may be reissued at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable service fees unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed securely through SSLCommerz, a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, mobile banking, and other methods supported by SSLCommerz.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a ticket purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
• Any additional charges, such as payment gateway fees or currency conversion fees, are the responsibility of the user.

6. User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring you meet any age or eligibility requirements for events.
• Complying with event-specific rules and venue regulations.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ecube Entertainment Ltd. or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent from Ecube Entertainment Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecube Entertainment Ltd. acts as a ticketing platform and intermediary between event organizers and ticket purchasers. Accordingly:

• We are not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform.
• We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by event organizers.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket(s) in question.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events.

9. Event Cancellations and Changes

Event organizers may cancel, postpone, or change event details at their discretion. In such cases:

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
• If an event is rescheduled, you may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes via the email address associated with your purchase.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or accuracy of information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, event organizers, or Ecube Entertainment Ltd.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
