This policy outlines the terms for refunds on ticket purchases made through the Ecube Entertainment Ltd. ticketing platform at tickets.ecube-entertainment.com. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases on our platform are generally non-refundable. This is standard practice for event ticketing, as event organizers plan capacity and logistics based on ticket sales. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

Event cancellation by the organizer. If an event is cancelled entirely by the organizer and not rescheduled, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

Event date or venue change. If an event is rescheduled to a different date or moved to a different venue, you may choose to either keep your ticket for the new date/venue or request a full refund.

Duplicate purchase. If you are charged more than once for the same ticket due to a system error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind. You decided not to attend the event after purchasing.
No-show. You did not attend the event.
Late arrival. You arrived after the event started and were denied entry per the event's admission policy.
Removal from venue. You were asked to leave the venue due to violation of event rules or venue policies.
Personal scheduling conflicts. You have a conflict with the event date.
Incorrect ticket type. You purchased the wrong ticket category or tier.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered at the event organizer's sole discretion. These may include:

Events that were significantly shortened or altered from the original description.
Situations where the event experience was materially different from what was advertised.

Partial refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number or confirmation number
- Event name and date
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

Refunds are processed through SSLCommerz to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

7. Delivery Timeline

Digital tickets are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. For events that issue physical passes, credentials, or wristbands:

Physical delivery timelines apply only to events that require physical credentials. Most events on our platform use digital tickets only.

8. Service Fees

In cases where a refund is approved, the original service or convenience fee may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances. For event cancellations, service fees are fully refundable. For other approved refunds, service fees may be retained.
